A Team-Building Activity

Metro is a team communications simulation based on a journey across Paris on the Metro.

The teams are faced with fragmented data and a time constraint and have to use key skills such as planning, cooperation and effective communication in order to succeed.

It also makes participants evaluate their own behaviour and communication activities as well as consider improvements as a team.

Trainer Guide:

• Use in training programmes and team meetings
• Use as an icebreaker or energy booster
• Produced lessons particularly relevant to communications, team working and planning
• Total duration typically 30 minutes
• Optimal team size between 4 and 8 (supports multiple teams).
